What is the best way to build a 100 "by 58" heavy strecthers set before stretching the canvas?

I try to create a tightly closed 100 "58 paintings" x. I am using two sets of 50 "wide by 58" large frames to heavy end, creating the desired 100 "by 58 canvas area. My main concern is the prevention of deformations with a large format. I spread 64 "by 36" tables with success - but it looks like a whole new world. I wonder what is the best method is to connect the two systems (Live?) And what supports the bar would be more effective, as I have yet to buy these products. Help, I feel the top of my head here.

Should be tightly folded by 24 inches - So, ideally, should have a cross stretchers double key in each group (four seats were divided by panel). Is, for each of its two panels, East / West corset designed to fit the inside dimension of 50 "during assembly of bars with a hole (in middle of the cup corset Dado) cut into the heart to adapt to the brace North-South. If you give your finished size to the store where you buy your beds, they do the calculations for you. You can build yourself - be sure to use a carpenter great place to get the real corners.
