Want to get a moped or scooter, but you do not know where to start!?
I think buying a moped or a motorcycle (not very sure difference), but you really have not even assembled before! What is the process by buying a bike - are Test units available? If yes, I am concerned about moving between the wall of the exhibition hall ... Any advice for a newbie gratefully received - is a whole new world!
If you are from England and has passed their car test before February 2001 - You can automatically mount a maximum of 50 cc. However, if you do not complete a CBT before riding on the road.
