Scooter Bike Seat
i don't know the Motor Scooter laws?
my daughter is 10 and for this christmas she wants a motor scoot with a seat. a really nice one. what are the laws for these things in airzona? these are the questions i have:
is she even ALLOWED to have one considering shes only 10?
does she ride on sidewalk, bike lane, or street?
is it illegal for her to ride?
she wants to ride it to school, is she allowed?
if there are more laws for these that i did not ask, please tell me them.

It is illegal for her to operate a motorized vehicle until she is 15.
